Randie has more than 25 years of professional experience in business with emphasis in strong communication skills.  His background includes business and team organization, management, communication and production.  More recently he has focused his skills and expertise on helping organizations improve their team building, process and communication through trainings, mediation and positive conflict resolution.

 

Marisa Ferrera
Co-Founder, CEO

Marisa brings to the table more than 30 years of experience.  Possessing strong communication skills, Marisa is a competent speaker and presenter.  She has conducted workshops and presentations for individuals and businesses, inspiring and empowering others to learn how to communicate authentically.  Marisa’s strong capabilities in communication has also afforded her to become known as one of the top mediators in her industry helping individuals, couples, families and businesses to successfully resolve conflicts.
